This is clearly the same family as detailed in the Riga Tax Administration Lists, but the dates here are consistently 3 years later than the dates there.  Furthermore, here the fourth child is Paula (ostensibly a daughter), while there the fourth child is Pavel (a son).  I think that these dates, which are gotten by working back from ages given in 1900, may represent a 3-year wait for registration – that is, the forms may have been completed in 1897, which would then make the dates agree.
